RICS Partner Rules and Regulations

Partner Programme Rules & Regulations

Operated by Richmark Intercontinental Limited, Ireland. These terms are proposed programme rules and should be reviewed before commercial launch.

1. Eligibility and approval

Applicants must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and obtain RICS management approval. Registration does not guarantee acceptance.

2. Marketing links and disclosures

Partners must use authorised referral links and clearly disclose paid or commission-based promotions. Unsolicited marketing and misleading representations are prohibited.

3. Commission rates

Independent resellers: 10%; affiliates: 5%, subject to written approval and the rates configured in the affiliate platform. Wholesale arrangements are negotiated separately. Commission is calculated on eligible product value excluding VAT, shipping, cancellations and refunds.

4. Attribution and qualifying orders

Only properly attributed, paid and fulfilled orders qualify. Referral attribution and cookie duration depend on the configured affiliate platform. Self-referrals, artificial traffic, duplicate or fraudulent orders are not eligible.

5. Validation and reversals

Commissions are reviewed for 30 days after order completion. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud and other disqualifying events may reverse unpaid commissions.

6. Earnings dashboard and payouts

Displayed balances are commission records, not electronic money or a bank account. Proposed minimum payout: €50; proposed payout cycle: monthly, via bank transfer or PayPal after approval and required verification. Payouts require administrator processing and a properly configured payout system.

7. Advertising and intellectual property

Only approved RICS marketing assets may be used. Partners must not claim products treat diseases, promise skin whitening outcomes, fabricate testimonials, or use unverified before-and-after images or certification claims. Brand rights remain with their owners.

8. Privacy and marketing law

Partners must comply with GDPR, Irish electronic-marketing rules, consumer protection rules, and applicable platform advertising policies. Collect personal data only with a lawful basis and provide required privacy notices.

9. Independent status and taxes

Partners act as independent businesses, not employees or agents authorised to bind RICS. Each partner is responsible for applicable tax obligations.

10. Suspension, disputes and termination

RICS may investigate suspected abuse and suspend participation where reasonably necessary. Partners may contest decisions and terminate participation. Valid earned commissions remain subject to the payment and dispute provisions.

11. Amendments and governing law

Material changes will be notified in advance and will not retroactively reduce validly earned commissions. Irish law governs, subject to mandatory applicable protections.

Before launch, publish a final dated agreement and privacy notice and have Irish legal counsel review the programme.
